Slicks n' Slide Description

Slicks' n Slide is developed by Timo Kauppinen shareware - a racing game, which first version was released in 1993. The idea of the game is to drive the little cars trickiest tracks either AI players or the same computer they game the human players. The current version of the game is 1.40.

The game executables lines are displayed on the screen in full, so the multiplayer game on the same screen works well. Slicks includes an extensive vehicle range (including a UFO, a motorcycle and a tank) and the vehicle choice often depends on the type of track. The latest versions are also involved in the weapons and the damage to the cars. Slicks' n Slideä able to play a maximum of four persons from the same keyboard. Slicks will be able to make their own tracks editor. The game is still on sale via the Internet, but it is not being developed actively.

The game has published a number of clones, such as Turbo Sliders and GeneRally, which are very similar to those Slicks' n Slide.
