How to play Life and Death

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse.

Life and Death Description

The Software Toolwork's Life & Death is a computer game released in 1988. It is one of the few "real" medical computer games ever released. In the role of a resident abdominal surgeon, the player must achieve proper diagnosis and treatment of a variety of maladies including kidney stones, arthritis, appendicitis and aneuritic aorta. The latter two requires surgery performed by the player (see screenshot).
