Empire II: The Art of War is a turn-based strategy game released in 1995 for MS-DOS . It is the sequel to Empire Deluxe , made by the same producers.
Unlike previous titles of Empire, the battle is more complex, but there is no production of new units and is played on predefined scenarios with pre-built armies.
