World Class Leader Board

Leader Board displays its course in 3D. The game comes with a choice of four races: Cypress Creek , Doral Country Club , St. Andrews and Gauntlet Country Club, a fictional club.

Three levels of play are offered: professional, amateur and kid. The first two include consideration of the wind.

At each start, the player chooses between different clubs : 3 wood (W - Wood), 9 irons (I - Iron) and one hybrid (PW - Pitching Wedge). When on the green, the player accesses automatically to the putter.
Leaderboard (sometimes abbreviated as Leader Board) is a video game of golf was released in 1987 on Apple II , Atari ST , Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum ; then in 1988 on Amiga , Amstrad CPC and DOS . The game was developed and published by Access Software . More late, the game was released on Game Gear and Master System in 1991 (then developed by Tiertex and published by US Gold ) and Mega Drive in 1992

The game has a power bar and a precision gauge. Press the button once starts the movement, press a second time sets the power of the shot and you have to press a third time at the right moment to hit the ball with precision .

After each hole appears a table of scores, and at the end of the game, it is possible to display the high score table (version 5). This latest version improves the comfort of the game as a way EGA (16 colors) and for equipped computers, sound management (comments and special effects).
